Take heed, this is a season and time to get free from Simon the sorcerer, Acts 8. These type of people are in every ministry. They will seek to be a leader’s friend and want to join a leadership team. They are attracted to God’s Anointing and Power, but they want to be in leadership for wrong motives of a wrong (heart) – they want to control people, and they are a tool to defile or discredit a good ministry. Simon “believed” in Jesus and he (followed Phillip everywhere), but he was not delivered from his past… So take heed and root these people out and let God REPLACE them with the right ones you may have overlooked.

Proverbs 16:7,  2 Chronicles 16:9, Proverbs 20:7, Ephesians chapters 4 & 5, 3 John 2

People must take heed to not be seduced to (connect) with Babylon through drugs, even doctor legal drugs, and by sex sins. Those 2 categories of sin take many shapes, but they are binding and harm many Christians. They must repent- unplug from it and make God and His kingdom their #1 source of help and comfort, not Babylon – Revelations 18, 1 John 2:15-17, 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1

God’s main purpose for filling us with Power (Acts 1:8) is so that we can endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus and endure afflictions, persecutions, and live in rough places to minister, seek, and save the lost and equip the church. The power and joy of God is not primarily to “get high” in church but to stay strong and right in battle.

Ephesians 3:19 – People can be born again and even be baptized in Holy Spirit,  yet not be filled with the (Fullness) of God – all His name, character, attributes, in (areas) of healing, finances, prosperity, peace, favor, etc. We must diligently seek it, so that it would be formed in us until we runneth over with ALL God has for us, and have lack of no good thing.

James 1:27 – Pure and undefiled religion in God’s rules is to save, help orphans and widows in their affliction and to keep yourself and your family unpolluted from the world. If you are not doing this or partnering with a ministry doing this, then you deceive yourself, James 1:22. Wake up and live in Truth.
